Orders, accounts and support
We collect the information you provide when ordering or creating an account, including your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, purchases and account details. We use it to process orders, arrange shipping, maintain your account, communicate about your purchase, and handle returns, refunds and warranty requests.
For fitment help or customer support, you may send vehicle details, tire size, photographs, order numbers, product serial numbers and proof of purchase. We use these details to answer your request and keep related service records.
Payments
Our checkout uses WooPayments and its payment-processing partner Stripe. They receive the payment and checkout information needed to process transactions, prevent fraud and manage refunds or disputes. Payment details are entered through the payment provider’s secure fields; full card numbers and security codes are not stored in our WordPress store. We retain order information and payment references, which may include the card brand and last four digits.
If you choose a wallet, installment service or saved payment option offered at checkout, that provider also handles information under its own privacy policy. See Automattic’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy for details.
Website operation and cookies
Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Cookies and similar browser storage support the cart, checkout, sign-in and security. Payment services may use additional cookies for fraud prevention and payment features. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking them may prevent parts of the store from working.
Website and service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested and error or security logs to operate and protect their services.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with providers that operate the store: Pressable for hosting and backups; WooPayments and payment providers for transactions; WooCommerce Tax for tax calculation; carriers, including UPS and freight providers, for delivery; and email services for order and support communications. Delivery providers receive the recipient and shipment details they need. Hosting and backup services hold store data, including order and account records. Tax services receive order and location details needed for their calculations.
We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to address fraud, protect people or property, or resolve a dispute. Provider practices are described in their own policies, including Pressable’s privacy policy and Automattic’s privacy policy.
Reviews, photos and outside services
Reviews or customer stories submitted for publication may display the submitted text, chosen display name and approved photos publicly. Do not include private details you do not want published. If you give us permission to publish a photograph or story, we may use it for the publication you authorize. Posting a photo elsewhere online does not by itself grant us permission to reuse it.
Links and embedded content, such as videos or social media, connect to outside services with their own cookies and privacy practices. Contacting us or placing an order does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing list. If a marketing signup is offered, follow its stated choices and use the unsubscribe option in marketing messages.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for orders, accounting, customer service, warranty records, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed; backups may retain copies until they expire. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.
Your choices and requests
You can update available account details when signed in. Contact trailswing@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal obligations, transactions, security or unresolved service matters.
Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We will update this page when our practices change; the effective date identifies the latest version.
